RETURNS
If for any reason at all you want to return something, you can do so within 14 days of delivery.
The item must remain in the same condition as sold.
Refunds will cover only the prices of the returned items (i.e. not including shipping costs).
HOW TO RETURN A PRODUCT

We always try to deal with returns as soon as they arrive. However, during really busy periods, please allow up to 3 weeks for your return.
There’s no need to call or email us to tell us you’ve returned the parcel. We recommend that you take note of the tracking number in case anything goes wrong so that we can track your item.
We don’t offer an exchange service. To order a new size, style, or color of your chosen item, the customer has to place a new order through our online shop.
